Steampunk, Cabaret and Cocktails: The Edison is Now Open at Disney Springs

It’s Industrial Gothic meets restaurant meets curated cocktails: The Edison is now open at Disney Springs.

The Edison features multiple themed areas for you to explore, such as the Lab performance space, The Ember Parlour, Telegraph Lounge, The Patent Office, The Tesla Lounge, The Radio Room, and the Waterfront Patio.

Open for family-friendly lunch and dinner, The Edison treats you to a contemporary American fare menu of items like Pork Belly Pops, Crispy Fried Chicken, and The Edison Burger. The Edison’s beverage lineup focuses on artfully crafted cocktails, interesting beers and wines, and house-made punches that serve from two to 10 guests.

But when the sun goes down, the night heats up.

After 10pm, The Edison also features nightly entertainment, ranging from live DJs and musicians, to aerialists and dancers. There is a cover charge and a dress code after 10pm (men must wear slacks, jeans or dress shorts. No ball caps, sleeveless shirts or flip-flops are permitted. Jackets are optional), and only guests 21+ will be admitted. The Edison stays open until 1am Sunday through Wednesday, and 2am Thursday through Saturday.
