Booking Alert: Halloween and Christmas Parties at Walt Disney World!

There’s a whole lot to love about Walt Disney World, but there’s something EXTRA magical about Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party! Nobody celebrates holidays like Disney, so if you’ve never been to one of these special events, it’s time to get one on your calendar!

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party takes place on select nights August 17- October 31, 2018. This event has its own ticket to get in, which must be purchased separately from your theme park tickets. This is my favorite special event of the year, and it features endless trick-or-treating, Halloween fireworks, a fantastic parade, rare characters out in their own costumes, villains galore, the Sanderson Sisters. . .and it’s the only time of year that adults can wear full costumes into the Magic Kingdom.

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is bursting with holiday cheer! If you love Christmas, this event is a must-do for you! The entire Walt Disney World Resort is decked out in decorations. There are holiday fireworks, possibly the most famous Christmas parade (yes, it’s the same one they show on tv on Christmas Day!), free hot cocoa and cookies, a special snowfall on Main Street, and so many great photo opportunities for the perfect Christmas card picture! This party will take place select nights November 8- December 21, 2018, and also requires its own separate ticket.

If either- or both!- of these special events are calling you, it’s time to get your next Walt Disney World vacation booked. Tickets are on sale now, plus advanced dining reservations are now available through the first part of September. Don’t miss out on your chance to dine at Cinderella’s Royal Table, Be Our Guest, ‘Ohana, Chef Mickey’s and more!

Love it! Love the brief description of the Halloween and Christmas time at the park. Definitely helps a lot.

I also wrote a post about the Halloween treats at Disneyland in Anaheim, Calif. I would love it if you took a look. I do not want to promote myself whatsoever, I simply would love the support. I just want to share my tips with you. Thank you! Your post is very helpful btw.
